Scope
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases made through the Maison Aurô online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Products and prices
Maison Aurô sells dietary supplements. Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. Billing occurs at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.
Orders
Orders are placed directly on our website. An order confirmation is sent by email after payment validation. We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of anomaly or suspected fraud.
Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods: credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.
Shipping
We ship to the contiguous United States and Canada. Shipping is free on orders of $42 and above; below that a flat rate of $5.90 applies. Estimated delivery is three to seven business days via USPS. For delays, contact us at contact@maisonauro.com.
Refunds — no return required
If a product is not right for you, email contact@maisonauro.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and one line on what did not work. We refund the product in full and you keep it — no return shipment is required or accepted, since an opened supplement cannot be resold.
This guarantee applies once per customer, on the original order of a given product; shipping charges are not refunded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to seven business days. Separately, damaged, incorrect or defective items are replaced or refunded in full at no cost when reported within seven days of delivery. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account.

Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
