Maison Aurô is an independent supplement brand operating the online store at maisonauro.com. It is run as a sole proprietorship based in Switzerland.
At its current scale, the business is not required to be entered in the Swiss commercial register, and therefore has no registration number to publish. Full company particulars — legal name, legal form and registration number — will be published on this page as soon as the business is registered. We would rather tell you that plainly than leave the section empty.

We answer every message within one business day. If you have a problem with an order, a refund or a payment, write to that address — it reaches a person, not a queue. You can also use our contact form.
Where your order is made and shipped
Our formulas are produced and dispatched by a fulfilment partner operating FDA-registered facilities in the United States. The certifications held by those facilities are published in full on our Science page, and the certificate of analysis for the current batch is published on each product page.
There is no return address, because we do not ask you to return anything. If a product is not right for you, we refund it within 14 days of delivery and you keep it — see our Refund Policy. Write to contact@maisonauro.com and a person will handle it.
