The 30-Day Guarantee

Every Maison Aurô ritual is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Complete a full cycle — if you are not convinced, email us at contact@maisonauro.com within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the jar in full. No questions, no return shipping, no forms.

How refunds work

Once approved (usually within one business day), your refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it appears within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement immediately, at our cost.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders follow the same 30-day guarantee, cycle by cycle. Pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account — changes apply to any unshipped order.

Bundles

Bundles are covered as a whole: if a bundle doesn't work for you, we refund the full bundle price under the same 30-day terms.
