What we collect

When you shop with Maison Aurô we collect the information needed to fulfil your order: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone (optional), and payment details processed securely by Shopify Payments — we never see or store your card number. We also collect basic analytics (pages visited, device type) to improve the site.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, provide customer care, send transactional emails, and — only with your consent — our newsletter, La Lettre. You can unsubscribe in one click at any time.

What we never do

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers required to run the maison: Shopify (store & payments), our fulfilment partner (shipping labels), and our email provider.
