Both products contain milk protein, so neither is suitable for a dairy allergy. Colostrum is very low in lactose and most lactose-intolerant people tolerate it without trouble. The capsule shell is cellulose, not gelatin, so it is suitable for vegetarians — the contents are not vegan.

One scoop in the morning, on an empty stomach, in water at room temperature or a smoothie. Avoid boiling liquid — heat degrades the proteins. Around twenty minutes before food gives them a clear run.

There is nothing to send back: an opened supplement cannot be resold, so posting it to us would only cost us both money to throw a jar away.
