Shipping & Returns

Last updated August 2026. Our shipping and return policy is designed to be as simple and transparent as possible.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on orders of $42 and above. Below that, a flat rate of $5.90 is applied at checkout.

Shipping times

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Estimated delivery is three to seven business days within the contiguous United States via USPS. A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent upon shipment.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. If you are elsewhere, write to contact@maisonauro.com before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you.

Returns — there is nothing to send back

If a product is not right for you, write to us within 14 days of delivery and we refund it in full. You keep the product. No packaging, no postage, no return label.

An opened supplement cannot be resold. Shipping it back would cost us both money to throw a jar away, so we do not ask you to. Email contact@maisonauro.com with your order number and one line on what did not work.

The guarantee applies once per customer, on the original order. Full conditions on our Refund Policy page.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, contact us within seven days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before they enter fulfilment. Subscription orders can be cancelled anytime from your account dashboard, with no fees.

What you need to know

• US and Canada. Delivered via USPS, three to seven business days in the contiguous United States.
• Free over $42. Flat $5.90 below that threshold.
• 14-day guarantee. Refunded in full, and you keep the product.
• Tracking. A tracking number is sent by email upon shipment.
