How to use

1

Two capsules. Two capsules make one daily serving - 1,000 mg of colostrum delivering 250 mg of IgG. 60 capsules to the bottle, so one bottle is one month.

2

With water. Swallow with a full glass of cool water. Hot drinks are best avoided for the same reason we dry cold.

3

Morning, before food. On an empty stomach, roughly 20 minutes before breakfast.

4

Every day. Give it a full cycle. Most people report a difference between week two and week four.

Frequent questions

Same material, same standard: both are standardised to 25% IgG. The only difference is the size of the serving. A capsule holds 500 mg of colostrum and delivers 125 mg of IgG; a scoop of powder holds 2,300 mg and delivers 575 mg. So the powder gives you far more IgG per day, and the capsules give you the same quality in a format you can carry.
Between four and five. One scoop delivers 575 mg of IgG; each capsule delivers 125 mg, so four capsules come to 500 mg and five to 625 mg. If matching the powder dose matters to you, the powder is the cheaper and simpler route.
